Testimonials and Frequently Asked Questions
JOHN V.
Office Custodial Supervisor
I was fortunate to find this many years ago, at that time I didn’t think I needed anything like meditation. I soon found a new awareness and connection, and now experience that inner peace and find a sense of Joy from the simple things in life…just connected.
PRIYA S.
Project Manager
Over the years, as I continue to meditate I find that emotional and mental illusions are being peeled away in me, leading me closer to reality. I am able to stay grounded, stress free and simply enjoy the moment.

Practicing meditation is a daily reunion with the peace and the stillness that lie within each of us. Meditation brings comfort and strength to navigate the challenges in life. The opportunity to share this journey with others brings joy, support and fresh perspectives on our lives.
Are sessions really free?
Yes. We are run by a small group of volunteers who enjoy giving back to the community. We get inspired to help show the techniques and meditate in a group setting.
Are you available on-site?
Yes we are able to travel for sessions at your workplace, or institutional centres.
Do you conduct sessions online?
Yes, we have experience with Teams, Meet, and Zoom.
Are sessions religious, or spiritual?
No our sessions are designed to be secular. Spiritual, multi-faith meditations can be suggested for you.
Can everyone participate?
Absolutely! We make accommodations such as preferred seating, subtitles, and physical actions everyone can do. We strive to listen so everyone has a positive experience.
What does a session look like?
We start with gentle breathing exercises and say positive affirmations. Then, we leave our thoughts and feelings at the top of the head. Hopefully by this time the space between the thoughts has increased, and we feel moments of silence, relaxation, and inspiration. We ask the audience’s experiences, answer questions, and sometimes do a second session.
