Hi! I’m Andy, a school teacher in Pickering, Ontario. I conduct meditation sessions that ensures accessibility to everyone in an organization, with personal respect to backgrounds and cultures. I’m a member of the VND Educational Society, and practice techniques of meditation from the teachings of Shri Mataji. I have delivered sessions in corporate/educational/community environments with the goal of increasing focus, productivity, and to release stressful thoughts and emotions.
These sessions start by placing attention on your own inner energy, and end when you place attention at the top of your head, experiencing moments of mental silence, and relief from unwanted thoughts and emotions. You start to become more alert and less reactive. You begin minimizing stressful moments, and with your clearer mind, you can enjoy your day more, with your new and better balance.
I do these sessions as an unpaid volunteer, because I have a passion to give back to our community. I feel that creating a positive space through meditation and sharing this experience is extremely rewarding.
